한국 간호사 이미지의 다차원적 분석: 인식, 고정관념, 그리고 발전 방향

본 연구는 한국 사회에서 간호사의 이미지를 다각도로 분석하여 현재의 인식과 고정관념, 그리고 개선 방향을 탐색한다. 언론, 드라마, 일반인의 관점에서 간호사에 대한 다양한 인식을 조사하고, 성 고정관념, 성적 대상화, 전문성 부재 등의 문제점을 심층적으로 분석한다. 또한 해외 사례와의 비교를 통해 한국 간호사가 직면한 도전과 발전 가능성을 모색하며, 대중매체와 사회적 인식 개선을 위한 구체적인 전략을 제시한다.

This study comprehensively analyzes the image of nurses in Korean society by exploring current perceptions, stereotypes, and development directions. It investigates nurses' images from the perspectives of media, dramas, and the general public, critically examining issues such as gender stereotypes, sexual objectification, and lack of professional recognition. By comparing international cases, the research explores challenges and potential improvements for Korean nurses, and proposes specific strategies for enhancing media representation and social perception.
