산욕기 산모 관리를 위한 포괄적 간호 접근: 입원 시 교육 및 신체사정 중심

본 연구는 산욕기 산모의 효과적인 관리를 위한 체계적인 간호 프로토콜을 제시한다. 입원 시 산모 교육, 간호력 사정, 산욕부 신체사정의 세 가지 핵심 영역을 중심으로 산모의 신체적, 심리적 회복을 지원하는 방법을 탐색한다. 특히 활력징후, 자궁저부 상태, 배뇨양상 등 중요한 건강지표를 통해 산모의 회복 과정을 세밀하게 모니터링하고 잠재적 합병증을 조기에 발견하는 데 중점을 둔다.

This study presents a systematic nursing protocol for effective postpartum care. It explores methods to support physical and psychological recovery of mothers, focusing on three key areas: admission education, nursing history assessment, and postpartum physical examination. Particular emphasis is placed on closely monitoring the recovery process through critical health indicators such as vital signs, uterine fundus status, and urination patterns to detect potential complications early.
