한국 노인복지정책의 현황과 발전방향: 복지서비스 전달체계와 프로그램을 중심으로

본 연구는 한국의 노인복지정책의 현황을 종합적으로 분석하고, 주요 정책 영역별 현황과 문제점을 검토하였다. 소득보장, 고용, 주거, 건강, 돌봄, 여가, 교육 등 다양한 영역에서 노인복지정책의 특징과 한계를 분석하고, 특히 치매노인 복지정책의 문제점과 개선방안을 제시하였다. 연구 결과, 현행 노인복지정책은 대상자 제한, 서비스 전달체계의 비효율성, 프로그램의 제한성 등의 문제점이 발견되었으며, 이에 대한 구체적인 해결방안으로 통합적 서비스 전달체계 구축, 맞춤형 프로그램 개발, 시설 및 전문인력 확충 등을 제안하였다.

This study comprehensively analyzes the current status of Korean elderly welfare policies and reviews the current situation and problems in major policy areas. It analyzes the characteristics and limitations of elderly welfare policies in various fields such as income security, employment, housing, health, care, leisure, and education, and presents the problems and improvement measures for dementia elderly welfare policies. The research findings reveal limitations in the current elderly welfare policies, including restricted target groups, inefficient service delivery systems, and limited programs. Specific solutions proposed include establishing an integrated service delivery system, developing customized programs, and expanding facilities and professional workforce.
