국내외 노인장기요양보험제도의 비교 분석 및 발전 방향 연구

본 연구는 고령화 사회에서 노인장기요양보험제도의 중요성을 인식하고, 독일과 일본의 사례를 중심으로 우리나라의 노인장기요양보험제도의 현황과 개선 방안을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 노인장기요양보험제도는 서비스의 다양성, 품질 향상, 지역사회와의 협력, 가족 지원 등의 측면에서 지속적인 발전이 필요함을 확인하였다. 특히 맞춤형 서비스 제공, 기술 혁신 도입, 전문 인력 양성 등이 중요한 과제로 도출되었으며, 이를 통해 노인들의 삶의 질 향상과 사회적 통합에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study recognizes the importance of long-term care insurance systems in an aging society and analyzed the current status and improvement strategies of Korea's long-term care insurance system, focusing on cases from Germany and Japan. The research findings confirmed the need for continuous development in aspects such as service diversity, quality improvement, community cooperation, and family support. In particular, customized service provision, technological innovation, and professional workforce training were identified as key tasks, which are expected to contribute to improving the quality of life for the elderly and promoting social integration.
