자동차 부품 제조업체의 산업간호과정 및 근로자 건강관리 분석 연구

본 연구는 자동차 부품 제조업체의 산업간호과정을 통해 근로자의 건강 위험요인을 분석하고 체계적인 건강관리 전략을 제시하였다. 소음성 난청, 화상 위험성, 시력 손상, 근골격계 질환 등 주요 건강 위험을 식별하고, 각 위험요인별 구체적인 예방 및 관리 계획을 수립하였다. 특히 소음 노출, 보호구 착용, 작업환경 개선, 건강교육 등을 통해 근로자의 건강과 안전을 증진시키기 위한 포괄적인 접근법을 제안하였다.

This study analyzed health risk factors and proposed systematic health management strategies through the industrial nursing process in an automotive parts manufacturing company. The research identified major health risks such as noise-induced hearing loss, burn risks, vision impairment, and musculoskeletal disorders, and developed specific prevention and management plans for each risk factor. In particular, the study suggested a comprehensive approach to improve workers' health and safety through noise exposure management, protective equipment usage, work environment improvement, and health education.
