저작권제도의 역사적 발전과 국제적 보호에 관한 연구

본 연구는 저작권제도의 역사적 기원과 국제적 발전 과정을 체계적으로 분석한다. 14-15세기 필사본 문화부터 인쇄술의 발명, 베른협약에 이르기까지 저작권의 진화 과정을 추적하며, 저작인격권과 저작재산권의 개념적 발전을 탐구한다. 특히 대륙법계와 영미법계 국가들의 저작권에 대한 접근 방식의 차이를 비교 분석하고, 국제조약을 통한 저작권 보호의 메커니즘을 상세히 고찰한다.

This study systematically analyzes the historical origins and international development of the copyright system. It traces the evolution of copyright from the manuscript culture of the 14-15th centuries to the invention of printing and the Berne Convention, exploring the conceptual development of moral rights and economic rights. In particular, it comparatively analyzes the differences in copyright approaches between civil law and common law countries and examines the mechanisms of copyright protection through international treaties.
