뇌경색 환자의 임상 사례 연구: 신경학적 기능과 간호중재 분석

본 연구는 70세 남성 뇌경색 환자의 임상 사례를 통해 급성기 신경학적 기능 변화와 효과적인 간호중재 전략을 탐색하였다. 대상자는 좌측 측두 연수 부위 급성 국소성 경색으로 진단받았으며, 우측 편마비, 어지러움, 복시 등의 증상을 보였다. 간호과정을 통해 출혈 위험, 급성 통증, 낙상 위험성에 대한 체계적인 간호중재를 제공하였다. 연구 결과, 개별화된 간호중재는 환자의 신경학적 회복과 안전을 증진시키는 데 중요한 역할을 할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

This case study explored neurological function changes and effective nursing interventions through a 70-year-old male patient with cerebral infarction. The patient was diagnosed with acute focal infarction in the left medullary area, presenting symptoms such as right-sided hemiparesis, dizziness, and diplopia. Systematic nursing interventions were provided through the nursing process, addressing risks of bleeding, acute pain, and fall potential. The study confirmed that individualized nursing interventions can play a crucial role in promoting neurological recovery and patient safety.
