대퇴경부 골절 환자의 수술 전, 중, 후 간호과정 분석: 전치환술 사례연구

본 연구는 대퇴경부 골절로 인한 전치환술 환자의 수술 전, 중, 후 간호과정을 포괄적으로 분석하였다. 환자의 임상 기록을 바탕으로 문헌고찰, 수술 기록, 간호사정을 종합적으로 검토하여 급성통증, 저체온 위험성, 오심 등의 간호진단을 도출하였다. 간호과정을 통해 환자의 신체적, 심리적 변화를 체계적으로 관찰하고 중재함으로써 수술 전후 환자의 안전과 회복을 도모하였다.

This study comprehensively analyzed the nursing process for a patient undergoing total hip replacement due to femoral neck fracture. Based on the patient's clinical records, we reviewed literature, surgical records, and nursing assessments to derive nursing diagnoses such as acute pain, hypothermia risk, and nausea. Through the nursing process, we systematically observed and intervened in the patient's physical and psychological changes to promote safety and recovery before and after surgery.
