국내외 수족구병 보건정책의 비교 및 분석 연구

본 연구는 수족구병의 국내외 보건정책을 체계적으로 분석하여 감염병 관리의 효과적인 전략을 모색하였다. 국내 질병관리청의 정책과 중국, 일본, 대만의 대응 사례를 비교 분석한 결과, 예방, 위생 관리, 국제 협력, 정보 공유의 중요성을 확인하였다. 특히 백신 개발, 교육 프로그램, 실시간 감시 체계, 지역사회 참여 등의 전략이 수족구병 관리에 핵심적임을 발견하였다. 연구는 감염병 대응을 위한 포괄적이고 지속 가능한 접근의 필요성을 제시하며, 향후 공중보건 정책 수립에 중요한 시사점을 제공한다.

This study systematically analyzed domestic and international public health policies for Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease (HFMD) to explore effective infectious disease management strategies. By comparing policies of Korea's Disease Control Agency with those of China, Japan, and Taiwan, the research highlighted the importance of prevention, hygiene management, international cooperation, and information sharing. The study discovered key strategies including vaccine development, educational programs, real-time surveillance systems, and community engagement in HFMD management. The research presents the necessity of a comprehensive and sustainable approach to infectious disease response, providing significant implications for future public health policy development.
