한국의 위암 환자 간호: 진단, 치료 및 포괄적 간호중재 분석

본 연구는 한국의 위암 발생 현황과 환자 간호에 대한 포괄적 분석을 제공한다. 위암의 병태생리, 진단 방법, 치료 전략 및 간호중재를 체계적으로 검토하였다. 연구 결과, 한국은 세계에서 가장 높은 위암 발생률을 보이며, 조기 진단 및 치료 기술의 발전으로 생존율이 향상되고 있음을 확인하였다. 특히 진단검사, 수술 전후 간호, 항암치료 과정에서의 간호중재와 환자 교육의 중요성을 강조하였다.

This study provides a comprehensive analysis of gastric cancer incidence and patient care in Korea. We systematically reviewed the pathophysiology, diagnostic methods, treatment strategies, and nursing interventions for gastric cancer. The results confirmed that Korea has the highest gastric cancer incidence worldwide, with improved survival rates due to advanced early diagnosis and treatment technologies. We particularly emphasized the importance of nursing interventions and patient education during diagnostic tests, pre- and post-surgical care, and chemotherapy.
