This study comprehensively analyzes the legal and ethical aspects of fall accidents in medical institutions and presents effective prevention and response strategies. Through literature review and case analysis, the causes, high-risk groups, legal responsibilities, and ethical considerations of fall accidents were systematically explored. The results confirm the need for a multi-dimensional approach including patient education, risk assessment, environmental management, and nursing staff supplementation to prevent fall accidents.
