성인기 정신장애의 특성과 발달단계별 정신건강 연구

본 연구는 성인기의 정신건강과 발달단계별 특성을 포괄적으로 분석하여 성인기 정신장애의 이해와 대응 방안을 제시한다. 초기 성인기(청년기)부터 중·장년기까지의 심리사회적 발달과업, 정신건강 문제, 위기 상황을 체계적으로 탐색하고, DSM-5와 ICD-10의 진단 기준을 바탕으로 다양한 정신장애의 특성과 발생 메커니즘을 분석한다. 특히 직업, 가족관계, 사회적 적응 과정에서 발생하는 정신건강 문제와 그 대응 전략에 주목한다.

This study comprehensively analyzes mental health and developmental characteristics of adulthood to present an understanding and response strategies for adult mental disorders. It systematically explores psychosocial developmental tasks, mental health issues, and crisis situations from early adulthood to middle adulthood, and analyzes the characteristics and occurrence mechanisms of various mental disorders based on DSM-5 and ICD-10 diagnostic criteria. It particularly focuses on mental health problems arising from occupational, family, and social adaptation processes and their response strategies.
