This study systematically analyzed the legal obligations and responsibilities of nurses, their roles as coordinators and collaborators, and their professional perspectives. The legal obligations of nurses include duty of care, informed consent, confidentiality, and other critical aspects that significantly impact healthcare service quality and patient safety. In coordination and collaboration roles, the study emphasized the importance of teamwork, communication, and mutual understanding. In terms of professional perspectives, it explored key elements such as self-efficacy, self-esteem, and professional identity. The research confirmed the necessity of continuous professional development and effective collaboration within medical teams.
