급성 골수성 백혈병(AML) 환자의 임상 증상 및 간호중재 연구: 사례 분석을 중심으로

본 연구는 14세 급성 골수성 백혈병(AML) 환자의 임상 증상, 병태생리, 치료 과정 및 간호중재를 포괄적으로 분석하였다. 환자의 혈액검사 결과(WBC 21,000, PLT 49,000, Hb 8.2)와 임상 증상을 바탕으로 3가지 주요 간호진단(출혈 위험성, 영양불균형, 비효율적 호흡양상)을 도출하고, 각 진단별 체계적인 간호중재 전략을 제시하였다. 연구 결과, 혈액종양 환자의 복합적인 건강문제에 대한 포괄적이고 개별화된 간호접근의 중요성을 확인하였다.

This study comprehensively analyzed the clinical symptoms, pathophysiology, treatment process, and nursing interventions for a 14-year-old patient with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). Based on the patient's blood test results (WBC 21,000, PLT 49,000, Hb 8.2) and clinical symptoms, three major nursing diagnoses (risk of bleeding, nutritional imbalance, and ineffective breathing pattern) were derived, and systematic nursing intervention strategies were proposed for each diagnosis. The results confirmed the importance of comprehensive and individualized nursing approaches for patients with hematologic malignancies.
