내분비계 질환의 병태생리와 임상적 특성: 뇌하수체, 갑상샘, 부신, 췌장 장애를 중심으로

본 연구는 다양한 내분비계 질환의 구조적, 기능적 특성을 종합적으로 분석하였다. 뇌하수체, 갑상샘, 부신, 췌장의 주요 질환을 대상으로 병태생리, 임상 증상, 진단 방법, 치료 접근법을 체계적으로 검토하였다. 특히 호르몬 분비 이상으로 인한 내분비계 장애의 메커니즘과 그 임상적 영향을 심층적으로 탐구하였으며, 각 질환의 진단 기준과 치료 전략을 상세히 제시하였다. 연구 결과는 내분비계 질환의 조기 진단과 효과적인 관리를 위한 중요한 임상적 통찰을 제공한다.

This study comprehensively analyzed the structural and functional characteristics of various endocrine disorders. Focusing on major diseases of the pituitary, thyroid, adrenal, and pancreatic glands, we systematically reviewed their pathophysiology, clinical symptoms, diagnostic methods, and treatment approaches. In particular, we in-depth explored the mechanisms of endocrine disorders caused by hormonal secretion abnormalities and their clinical implications, presenting detailed diagnostic criteria and treatment strategies for each disease. The research findings provide crucial clinical insights for early diagnosis and effective management of endocrine disorders.
