자궁근종 절제술 환자의 간호과정 분석: 급성통증, 염증반응, 불안 관리를 중심으로

본 연구는 자궁근종 절제술을 받은 42세 여성 환자의 간호과정을 통해 급성통증, 염증반응, 불안 관리에 대해 분석하였다. 환자는 로봇 보조 복강경 근종절제술을 받았으며, 수술 후 통증, 발열, 심리적 불안을 경험하였다. 간호중재를 통해 환자의 NRS 점수는 감소하였고, 체온은 정상범위로 회복되었으며, Beck 불안척도 점수도 유의미하게 낮아졌다. 본 연구는 자궁근종 수술 환자의 포괄적인 간호관리 전략을 제시하여 환자의 신체적, 심리적 회복을 지원하는 데 기여한다.

This study analyzed the nursing process of a 42-year-old female patient undergoing uterine myoma excision, focusing on acute pain, inflammatory response, and anxiety management. The patient underwent robotic-assisted laparoscopic myomectomy and experienced postoperative pain, fever, and psychological anxiety. Through nursing interventions, the patient's NRS score decreased, body temperature returned to normal range, and Beck anxiety scale score significantly reduced. This research contributes to presenting comprehensive nursing management strategies for uterine myoma surgery patients, supporting their physical and psychological recovery.
