조현병 환자의 감각지각장애와 사고과정장애에 대한 간호사례 연구

본 사례연구는 조현병 환자의 감각지각장애와 사고과정장애에 대한 포괄적 간호접근을 탐색한다. 환자의 환청 및 망상에 대한 심층적 간호사정과 중재과정을 분석하여, 정신간호의 치료적 관계 형성 및 전인적 간호중재 전략을 제시한다. 간호과정을 통해 환자의 주관적 경험을 존중하고, 현실검증 및 대처전략 개발을 지원하는 간호중재의 효과성을 확인하였다.

This case study explores a comprehensive nursing approach to sensory perception and thought process disorders in schizophrenia patients. By analyzing the in-depth nursing assessment and intervention process for auditory hallucinations and delusions, the study presents therapeutic relationship formation and holistic nursing intervention strategies in mental health nursing. Through the nursing process, the effectiveness of nursing interventions was confirmed by respecting the patient's subjective experiences and supporting reality verification and coping strategy development.
