장애인을 위한 스마트 러닝의 지원 방향성 연구: 특수 교사 지원을 중심으로

본 연구는 장애인을 위한 스마트 러닝의 발전 과정과 현황을 파악하고, 이를 담당하는 특수 교사에게 필요한 지원 방향성을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구에서는 스마트 교육과 스마트 러닝의 개념을 재정의하고, 특수 교육 현장에서의 적용 현황을 교사의 준비 상황에 중점을 두어 분석했다. 선행 연구와 교사 인터뷰 자료를 토대로 특수 교사가 직면한 인프라 부족, 교육 콘텐츠 부족, 전문성 결여의 세 가지 주요 문제를 도출했다. 이를 해결하기 위해 클라우드 기반의 무선 인터넷 인프라 구축, 장애 유형별 다양한 디지털 콘텐츠 개발, 특수 교사 대상의 체계적 연수 프로그램 운영이라는 세 가지 지원 방향성을 제안했다. 연구 결과는 특수 교육 분야에서 스마트 러닝의 보편화를 위한 정책 수립의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study aims to understand the development and current status of smart learning for students with disabilities and to present the direction of support needed for special education teachers. The research redefines the concepts of smart education and smart learning, and analyzes the application status in special education settings with emphasis on teacher preparedness. Based on prior research and teacher interviews, three major challenges faced by special educators were identified: infrastructure deficiency, lack of educational content, and lack of expertise. To address these issues, three directions of support are proposed: establishment of cloud-based wireless internet infrastructure, development of diverse digital content considering disability types, and implementation of systematic training programs for special education teachers. The results are expected to serve as foundational data for policy development to promote the universalization of smart learning in special education.
