차별 표현 개선을 위한 국어과 수업 설계

본 연구는 청소년들의 차별 표현 사용 양상을 분석하고 이를 개선하기 위한 국어교육적 방향성과 구체적 수업 설계를 제안한다. 차별 표현은 사회 내 특정 집단에 대한 부정적 태도를 반영하며 개인의 사고와 사회에 부정적 영향을 미친다. 선행 연구 분석을 통해 청소년들이 학교와 온라인 플랫폼에서 차별 표현에 노출되고 있으며, 이에 대해 둔감하게 반응하거나 동조적으로 사용함을 확인했다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 국어 교과는 차별 표현의 개념 정의, 실제적 맥락에 근거한 분석, 공정 언어로의 전환 활동을 포함한 교육을 제공할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 '화법과 언어' 교과를 중심으로 5차시 수업 설계를 제시하며, 이를 통해 학생들이 비판적 사고 역량, 의사소통 역량, 공동체·대인 관계 역량을 함양할 수 있도록 한다.

This study analyzes adolescents' usage patterns of discriminatory expressions and proposes Korean language educational directions and specific curriculum design to improve them. Discriminatory expressions reflect negative attitudes toward specific groups in society and negatively impact individual thinking and society. Through analysis of prior research, it was confirmed that adolescents are exposed to discriminatory expressions in schools and online platforms, responding insensitively or using them conformistically. To address this issue, Korean language education needs to provide instruction including conceptual definition of discriminatory expressions, analysis based on actual contexts, and activities to convert them into fair language. This study presents a 5-lesson curriculum design centered on 'Speech and Language' courses, enabling students to develop critical thinking competency, communication competency, and community-interpersonal relationship competency.
