본 연구는 2026년 한국 사회에서 인공지능(AI)이 미치는 다각적 영향을 체계적으로 분석한다. 에이전틱 AI의 자율적 의사결정 능력 확산과 2026년 1월 22일 시행된 'AI 기본법'을 중심으로, AI 기술 개발 동향, 규제 프레임워크, 경제·산업 분야의 영향, 고령화 사회에서의 돌봄·보건 적용, 교육·노동시장 변화, 윤리·사회적 위험 관리, 미래 통합 전망을 포괄적으로 검토한다. 연구 결과, AI 도입은 GDP 4.2~12.6% 증가 잠재력과 고령화 충격 65% 완화를 제공하나, 노동 대체(27%), 중소기업 격차 확대, 알고리즘 편향 등의 부작용을 동반한다. 본 연구는 AI 진흥과 신뢰의 균형을 강조하며, 규제 정밀화, 민간 윤리 AI 개발, 국민 디지털 리터러시 확산, 취약계층 지원 정책을 통해 지속 가능한 AI 통합 전략을 제시한다.

This study systematically analyzes the multifaceted impacts of artificial intelligence (AI) on Korean society in 2026. Focusing on the rapid expansion of Agentic AI's autonomous decision-making capabilities and the implementation of the 'AI Basic Law' on January 22, 2026, this research comprehensively examines AI technology development trends, regulatory frameworks, impacts on economic and industrial sectors, applications in elderly care and healthcare in an aging society, changes in education and labor markets, ethical and social risk management, and future integration prospects. The findings indicate that AI adoption offers potential GDP growth of 4.2-12.6% and can mitigate 65% of aging-related economic impacts, while simultaneously bringing challenges such as labor displacement (27%), widening gaps between large and small enterprises, and algorithmic bias. This study emphasizes a balanced approach between AI promotion and trust, proposing a sustainable AI integration strategy through regulatory refinement, private sector ethical AI development, nationwide digital literacy expansion, and support policies for vulnerable populations.
