AI 시대의 공정성과 효율성 균형 전략: 디지털 전환 사회의 지속가능성 연구

현대 사회는 인공지능과 디지털 기술의 급속한 확산으로 인해 공정성과 효율성 간의 갈등이 심화되고 있다. 본 연구는 공정성과 효율성의 개념적 정의와 이론적 배경을 분석하고, 디지털 플랫폼 경제, 노동시장, 공공정책, 기업경영 등 다양한 사회 영역에서 나타나는 두 가치의 충돌 구조를 검토한다. 특히 알고리즘 편향성, 플랫폼 노동의 불안정성, 데이터 독점 문제 등 디지털 전환 시대의 새로운 공정성 과제를 분석하고, ESG 경영과 지속가능한 정책을 통한 균형 방안을 제시한다. 연구 결과, 공정성과 효율성은 대립 관계가 아니라 장기적 사회 지속가능성을 위해 함께 추구해야 하는 상호보완적 가치임을 보여준다. 한국 사회의 청년세대 공정성 요구와 경제 성장의 필요성을 동시에 충족시킬 수 있는 통합적 거버넌스 체계 구축이 미래 국가 경쟁력의 핵심임을 결론짓는다.

Modern society faces intensified conflicts between fairness and efficiency due to rapid proliferation of artificial intelligence and digital technologies. This study analyzes the conceptual definitions and theoretical backgrounds of fairness and efficiency, and examines the collision structures of these two values across various social domains including digital platform economies, labor markets, public policies, and corporate management. Particularly, it investigates emerging fairness challenges in the digital transformation era such as algorithmic bias, platform labor instability, and data monopoly issues, while proposing balanced solutions through ESG management and sustainable policies. The research demonstrates that fairness and efficiency are not contradictory but mutually complementary values to be pursued together for long-term social sustainability. It concludes that establishing an integrated governance system capable of simultaneously satisfying the younger generation's demands for fairness and economic growth needs is crucial for future national competitiveness.
