태권도 지도자의 윤리교육 방안: 현대 교육의 위기 극복을 위한 제안

본 연구는 현대 한국 사회의 교육 위기 상황에서 태권도 지도자에 대한 윤리교육의 필요성과 구체적인 방안을 제시한다. 배금주의와 메리토크라시에 의해 왜곡된 현재의 교육 현실에서 전인교육의 이상이 훼손되고 있음을 지적하고, 태권도가 내포한 극기, 인내, 겸양, 공동체 정신 등의 윤리적 가치를 강조한다. 태권도 지도자는 이러한 정신적 가치를 수련생에게 전수하는 교육자로서 높은 윤리적 책임을 가지므로, 교육학과 윤리의 접목, 리더십 교육, 학부모 관계 윤리 교육 등 다층적인 윤리교육 프로그램의 운영을 제안한다. 이를 통해 태권도 교육이 미래 세대의 올바른 인성 발달과 사회적 가치관 형성에 기여할 수 있음을 논증한다.

This study proposes the necessity and specific methods of ethical education for taekwondo instructors in the context of the contemporary educational crisis in Korean society. It points out that the ideal of holistic education is being distorted by materialism and meritocracy, and emphasizes the ethical values inherent in taekwondo such as self-discipline, perseverance, humility, and community spirit. As educators who transmit these spiritual values to trainees, taekwondo instructors bear high ethical responsibilities. Therefore, this study proposes implementing multilayered ethical education programs including the integration of pedagogy and ethics, leadership education, and programs for ethical relationships with parents. Through these measures, taekwondo education can contribute to the proper character development and formation of social values in future generations.
