신장 이식의 합병증과 면역억제요법에 대한 임상적 고찰

본 연구는 신장 이식 과정에서 발생하는 주요 합병증과 면역억제요법의 특성을 종합적으로 분석한다. 생체 및 사체 이식의 선정 기준, 수술 전 준비사항, 거부반응의 유형, 면역억제제 치료의 장기적 영향을 체계적으로 검토하였다. 특히 초급성, 급성, 만성 거부반응의 임상적 특징과 고혈압, 감염, 종양 발생 등 주요 합병증에 대해 심층 분석하였다.

This study comprehensively analyzes the major complications and characteristics of immunosuppressive therapy in renal transplantation. We systematically reviewed the selection criteria for living and deceased donor transplantation, pre-surgical preparation, types of rejection, and long-term effects of immunosuppressive treatment. In particular, we conducted an in-depth analysis of clinical features of hyperacute, acute, and chronic rejection, as well as major complications such as hypertension, infection, and tumor development.
