당뇨병성 케톤산증의 임상 경과 및 간호 관리: 일 사례 연구

본 사례 연구는 74세 남성 환자의 당뇨병성 케톤산증(DKA) 진단과 치료 과정을 분석하였다. 환자는 허리 통증, 근력 약화, 의식 저하 등의 증상으로 입원하였으며, 혈액검사 결과 고혈당, 대사성 산증, 케톤체 증가 등 DKA의 전형적인 임상 징후를 보였다. 수액 공급, 인슐린 투여, 전해질 관리 등의 치료를 통해 환자의 상태가 점진적으로 호전되었다. 본 연구는 DKA의 조기 진단과 적절한 간호 중재의 중요성을 강조한다.

This case study analyzed the diagnosis and treatment process of diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) in a 74-year-old male patient. The patient was admitted with symptoms of low back pain, muscle weakness, and altered consciousness. Blood tests revealed typical clinical signs of DKA, including hyperglycemia, metabolic acidosis, and increased ketone bodies. Through fluid replacement, insulin administration, and electrolyte management, the patient's condition gradually improved. This study emphasizes the importance of early DKA diagnosis and appropriate nursing interventions.
