지역사회 일차의료 만성질환관리 사업의 현황, 문제점 및 해결방안 연구

본 연구는 지역사회 일차의료 만성질환관리 사업의 현황을 분석하고, 주요 문제점을 도출하여 실효성 있는 해결방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구 결과, 원격의료에 대한 우려, 낮은 사업 참여도, 케어 코디네이터 도입으로 인한 경제적 어려움 등의 문제점이 확인되었다. 이에 대한 해결방안으로 비대면 진료 기준 설정, 환자 참여 동기부여, 정부 차원의 코디네이터 급여지원, 해외 사례 벤치마킹 등을 제안한다. 본 연구는 만성질환 관리의 효과적인 정책 수립을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

This study aims to analyze the current status of community-based primary care chronic disease management project, identify key problems, and propose effective solutions. The research revealed concerns about telemedicine, low project participation rates, and economic difficulties due to care coordinator introduction. As solutions, the study suggests establishing non-face-to-face medical consultation standards, providing patient participation incentives, government-level salary support for coordinators, and benchmarking international cases. This research can serve as fundamental data for establishing effective chronic disease management policies.
