영화 '뷰티풀 마인드'를 통해 본 조현병 환자의 간호과정 사례연구

본 연구는 영화 '뷰티풀 마인드'의 주인공 존 내쉬의 조현병 사례를 통해 정신간호학적 관점에서 환자의 증상, 간호진단, 중재 과정을 분석하였다. 연구방법으로 문헌고찰과 간호과정을 적용하여 피해망상과 관련된 불안, 환각과 관련된 자타해 위험성 등의 간호진단을 도출하고 체계적인 간호중재 전략을 제시하였다. 연구결과, 환자의 증상 관리와 현실감 회복을 위한 포괄적인 간호접근의 중요성을 확인하였으며, 조현병 환자의 치료에 있어 약물치료와 정신사회적 간호중재의 통합적 접근이 필요함을 강조하였다.

This study analyzed the symptoms, nursing diagnosis, and intervention process of a schizophrenia patient through the case of John Nash in the movie 'A Beautiful Mind' from a psychiatric nursing perspective. Using literature review and nursing process, the study derived nursing diagnoses such as anxiety related to paranoid delusions and risk of self/other harm related to hallucinations, and presented systematic nursing intervention strategies. The results confirmed the importance of comprehensive nursing approaches for symptom management and reality restoration, emphasizing the need for integrated approaches combining pharmacological treatment and psychosocial nursing interventions in schizophrenia treatment.
