생활 속 산∙염기 분석: 식초의 산도 측정에 관한 실험적 연구

본 연구는 식초의 산도를 다양한 방법으로 측정하고 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 지시약, pH paper, pH meter를 활용하여 0.3M 수산화나트륨(NaOH)를 이용한 적정 실험을 진행하였다. 실험 결과, 각 측정 방법에 따라 식초의 산도는 6.3~6.7% 범위로 나타났으며, 이는 기존에 알려진 식초의 일반적인 산도 범위와 일치하였다. 실험 과정에서 발생하는 오차 요인들을 분석하고, 각 측정 방법의 장단점을 비교 검토하였다.

This study was conducted to measure and analyze the acidity of vinegar using various methods. Titration experiments were performed using 0.3M sodium hydroxide (NaOH) with indicators, pH paper, and pH meter. The experimental results showed vinegar acidity ranging from 6.3% to 6.7%, which is consistent with the known typical vinegar acidity range. Error factors in the experimental process were analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of each measurement method were compared and reviewed.
