INCOTERMS 2020의 주요 특징과 개정 내용 분석

본 연구는 국제무역 거래조건의 표준인 INCOTERMS 2020의 세부 특징과 2010년 버전과의 주요 개정 내용을 체계적으로 분석한다. 복합운송 및 해상운송 방식에 따른 각 조건(EXW, FCA, CPT, CIP, DAP, DPU, DDP 등)의 매도인과 매수인의 의무, 위험 분기점, 비용 부담 등을 상세히 검토하고, 2020년 버전에서 변경된 핵심 사항들을 비교 분석하였다. 특히 DAT에서 DPU로의 변경, FCA의 B/L 발행 조건, CIP의 보험 조건 변경 등 주요 개정 사항에 중점을 두었다.
