편집 조현병 환자의 환청 대처 전략에 관한 사례 연구

본 연구는 편집 조현병 환자의 환청 대처 메커니즘과 간호 중재 전략을 탐색하기 위한 사례 연구이다. 28세 여성 환자의 의무기록과 임상 관찰을 통해 환청의 특성, 환자의 대처 방식, 그리고 효과적인 간호 중재 방법을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 환자는 주기적으로 반복되는 환청으로 인한 심각한 불안을 경험하고 있었으며, 산책, 음악 감상, 대화 등의 대처 전략을 점진적으로 학습하였다. 간호사의 지지적 접근과 체계적인 중재는 환자가 환청을 인지하고 대처하는 데 중요한 역할을 하였다.

This case study explores the coping mechanisms and nursing intervention strategies for a patient with paranoid schizophrenia experiencing auditory hallucinations. Through medical records and clinical observations of a 28-year-old female patient, we analyzed the characteristics of hallucinations, patient coping methods, and effective nursing interventions. The results revealed that the patient experienced significant anxiety due to recurring hallucinations and gradually learned coping strategies such as walking, listening to music, and engaging in conversations. The supportive approach and systematic intervention of nurses played a crucial role in helping the patient recognize and cope with hallucinations.
