대퇴 경부 골절 환자의 간호관리: 사례연구 접근

본 연구는 84세 대퇴 경부 골절 환자의 간호과정을 통해 질환의 특성, 임상적 관리, 간호중재를 분석하였다. 문헌고찰을 바탕으로 환자의 건강문제를 체계적으로 사정하고, 통증, 피부손상, 감염위험, 체액불균형, 변비 등의 간호진단을 도출하였다. 각 간호진단별 목표와 중재전략을 수립하여 환자의 회복과 합병증 예방에 기여하고자 하였다.

This study analyzed the nursing process, clinical management, and nursing interventions for an 84-year-old patient with femoral neck fracture. Based on literature review, we systematically assessed the patient's health problems and derived nursing diagnoses including pain, skin damage, infection risk, fluid imbalance, and constipation. We established goals and intervention strategies for each nursing diagnosis to contribute to patient recovery and complication prevention.
